Overall, congratulations on what looks a very strong bid. Nice presentation, too. :)

Just a couples of quick questions:
1) Who would be IVDA president? I'm assuming Di would.
2) Would you continue to run universitydancesport.com? The domain name is booked for the next 9 years, and I think it's been a big success, so I'd advise anyone running IVDA to continue to run it. Presumably the separate section just on IVDC would complement the existing reference section of this website rather than replace the whole website?
3) £250 for food for judges seems extremely high! There are only ten officials, meaning £25 per person! It's about £100 more than we spent this year, and that included a hot meal bought from a local restaurant. I don't believe we skimped and saved on judge's food, so you might want to reconsider this figure. Otherwise it seems like a very good budget, though I should point out that your estimates regarding spectators and entries are actually VERY conservative based on this year's figures.
4) You have reduced the judging fee considerably. Are you sure this is wise? It might jeopardise your ability to get high profile judges.
5) Have you consciously decided to reduce the affiliation fee? It was £21 this year. If so, why?

One more question - I like the overall concept of trying to attract more universities to enter IVDC. But perhaps you could consider the following:

Raise the price to £9, thus running IVDC at a £500 profit. Use this £500 to subsidise universities with long journeys, such as Southampton, or St. Andrews. This could be done by the standing committee who could distribute the funds according to total travel costs. This is the practical extension of what I was suggesting above - that central universities pay for their reduced cost by subsidising those from further away.

Just a thought. Seems like a good bid.
