Yes I think people would settle for that. Although I think giving the bottom intermediates a chance to join 2nd of novice would encourage novice people to dance up. But as you said time etc.. could be a problem.

Not neccesorily, if you get a recall in adv, then you stay. you might be knocked out in the 2nd of adv, but you're at the right level. Someone may think not to dance up would have more dancing left for them in inter. But then those knocked outs of adv are then back into the intermediate to compete with those chose to stay. Like someone said, it's self policing...

Hmmmm, that's just bad judging. Unfortunate...
If the complaints are so bad that some rules are urged to be put in place. This system might be a good compromise.

So far I think there are only 3 or 4 of us talking about this, don't how other people think. Someone might come up with better ideas.
