according to the standing committee docs on this site Standing committee can make the following punishments for constitutional infringements
Stripping all titles of individuals and/or clubs
fine the club/society for a maximum of 200
ban the individual/guilty party
Therefore I would be worried about people ignoring me when I told them what level to enter, and then me getting the fine! team captains need to have control....
