Thanks for doing this Paul, I agree with you that the individual results are less meaningful in the current format than they could be. However, your suggestion still does not make it fair. For example, if the top UK latin couple AND Brian and Carmen were dancing for Oxford (he he!) in different heats. They would both beat the same number of cambridge couples (i.e. all of them!), but that does not mean they are equally good.
The only fair way of getting good individual results would be for everyone to dance a third time, just against your own uni. By adding this extra heat and keeping the currect scoring system i think the results would be more meaningful, but this might not be a popular idea!

PS i was hoping your revised scores would show that i had actually won the overall B team couple! never mind! I demand a rematch! ;)
