 Just a reminder that the Spring General Meeting for IVDA is this Saturday, details:

Bat date: Saturday 24th May
Bat time: 12-3
Bat place: Aston university, Main building Room 568

So far I have received one apology for absence only.
If you are not intending to come, then please (a) let me know ASAP; (b) vote on the constitutional amendments and the IVDA hosting, even if only to abstain. An abstention accross all votes will help us to achieve a quorum and let the meeting happen.

Please also note that tomorrow is the deadline for both bids to host IVDC and also for any constitutional amendments to be considered at the meeting. So far we have:

Bids: Sheffield have officially announced they are bidding. No other bidders have announced officially, though I understand at least one other is considering seriously.

Constitutional amendments:
1) Ali's mother of all proposals.
Proposed: Alistair Braden
Seconded: Tim Colyer
2) Use SUDC and NUDC as qualifying rounds for the offbeat, limit to 3 entries from each competition.
Proposed: Caroline Marshall
Seconded: Tim Colyer
3) Require GM approval of new members of IVDA.
Proposed: Tim Colyer
Seconded: ? Seconder required.
