Oh dear. If she's got football on her mind, I sure hope she's aware of the rules - she's not gonna play... :o)

Kangi - Yep, you've just got to love animals. We never had pets with fur as I'm allergic. But we did have a couple of small parrots. They can be very cute and fun too :o) As long as I wash my hands right after I touched a cat and don't rub my eyes, I can normally be at a place with cats. Some cats of our neighbourhood come by during summer and keep us company on the porch. One of them is more special than the others. He's 1/2 year old, has a darkgrey dot on his lower lip and can converse, i.e. he looks at you, meows in different moods, and if I speak to him, he listens and his face and look in the eyes change depending on the tone of my voice. He's very polite, never interrupts, but "talks" again once I've finished my sentence.

Netta - "Always look on the briiight side of life - wHisTlE WhIsTlE whistle!" (in a British Oxford English accent) The cats help you stay fit until Sunny starts her ceiling painting project :o)

But honestly, John M. and Netta, I'd like to ask you two who have cats and know much more about them than I: Do cats really have an instinct that makes them eat more during autumn to survive winter? I doubt it, 'cause they don't hibernate...
