Stan, I agree. I want to gather all info possible and begin the (lengthy) process for the class action. However, when we approach the company as an owner's group, we may be offered a fair settlement, thereby eliminating the need for the suit.

As I said above, the suit and the media campaign are our last resort. Nevertheless, we must put everything in motion NOW or they won't be a last resort, but an empty threat. I'm 100% behind starting the suit. In fact, I am doing so.

It is critical that we get the numbers, as many owners as possible, especially those with cars produced between 10/01 and 12/01, together. THIS IS KEY.

I uess I'll need to create a form for people to 'jon' by submitting their contact info and stating just how far they're willing to go.
