All babies walk at different times. If your baby was TOTALLY immobile at 1 year, then I would worry. But, he's crawling and scooting and can walk if you hold onto him, so I say just relax and leave him be.

Some babies don't walk until 18 months, some walk at 7. Trust me, let him be a non-walker as long as possible. You don't wanna be big preggo lady chasing after him HAHAHA
