I'm sorry ypu are not getting all the sleep you need and deserve, this week has been hell with Valeria and I'm a walking zombie. I have no real advice, since I tend to sleep late, well not that late, but I could defenitley sleep earlier if I put my mind into it. I just have a few things to maybe help, I tbelieve sleeping is more of a habit with adults, for example, my mother couldn't sleep fopr more than 2 hours, then she woke up, but she woke up bc she loved to drink hot chocolate or some gummy bears, chocolates, or whatever, I told her to stop taking those to bed, and she did that, and after a while there was no reason for her to wake up. Dh had the same problem but he used to rely on sleeping pills to go to sleep, he said he was to stressed and couldn't unwind, I believe him, put when he stopped taking those, it took some time, but he did it, now he goes to bed earlier than meˇˇˇˇˇˇ( and wakes earlier too, but that's a whole different story ). Maybe you could get some herbal tea to realx you, chamomile may work, in mexico we have something called "tila tea" will defenitly loopk for the name for you. It's 100% natural, they even make drops out of it that can be given to a baby ( my ped suggested them for Valeria to relax , but haven't given them) it's not a sleep indusing tea, it's a realxing tea, there is a big difference. Maybe getting one of those white noise things, or taking a hot bath before bed?
Have no real advice, but I really hope you get betterˇ
