First, I did generalize & actually stated that at the end of that post, plus in my next post I dwelled even further, saying things that are similar to what you posted (separate homes may be better). I agree with some of your comments & I definitely agree w/what you said about your parents making life miserable for you growing up. That is no way to live!

I think whatever is best for the kids should be what happens, but that doesn't usually work out. Too many people are too selfish (my sister, for one) & the kids suffer. My nieces are allowed to choose whose home they want to live at once they turn 13.

Second, I just read your PO post about Jeb's heart murmur ... OMG, I really hope it turns out to be one of those common small ones they grow out of in a while. I think I made an error ... is Jeb your baby, who's almost one? Is Rudy your older son?

Sorry if I got that screwed up; I try to remember all the names/babies/etc. but make plenty of mistakes.
