My dd pretty much had an ear infection from August to November. We just could not get it cleared up. They finally put her on an antibiotic called Cephzil (Cefzil?) and not only did it clear up but we haven't had any more since then. I know it's only been a month, but usually within a week of finishing one antibiotic her ears would flare up again, so this is good! They also told me they could give her a shot of antibiotics if it didn't work. We have a referral to an ENT dr. in January, but I'm not sure now if we will go or not. Depends on how things go between now and then.
