You need to put your feet up and relax and don't feel guilty about it!! Tell MIL to stay the hell away so you can de-stress. I also agree that a hysterectomy is REALLY drastic - there are other permanent birth control methods out there. I've heard hysterectomys can really mess with your system and you're so young!!
