A "substantial" grant has been secured to perform an environmental study. Sales on posters have been FLAT. The promoters are much on the run, as is Saddam. The a giant lava lamp ever happens at Soap Lake, it will not ber as "imagined" by the current promoters. If Soap Lake ever has one, it will probably end up having many. None will keep the town from becoming a Ghost Town.

Several hundred posters were printed and sales are flat. Big loss for the promoters. One of the officials whose name appears on the poster has taken legal action to stop further distribution and sale of the poster. Inside information on the street is that the promoter is vacating, fed up with attacks.

so... a city in need of improvement figures out a way to
raise money,improve the life of its citizens,and not raise taxes..through a landmark that causes the crazed summer crowd to stop and drop some money in the town ,is thought of as stupid...
i guess everyone enjoys tax hikes after all.
btw it's estimated that over 100,000,000 people have read the press release world wide... may the rest of the state could be as inventive as mr. blake ...or maybe he should be the next gov...

May the whole state of Washington be as inventative as Blake you say. There is not enough drugs on the streets to make that happen.
