A "substantial" grant has been secured to perform an environmental study. Sales on posters have been FLAT. The promoters are much on the run, as is Saddam. The a giant lava lamp ever happens at Soap Lake, it will not ber as "imagined" by the current promoters. If Soap Lake ever has one, it will probably end up having many. None will keep the town from becoming a Ghost Town.

Now there is talk of building a Giant Town Ghost at Soap Lake. They say they will come when the build it.

With undying effort Soap Lake has managed to build a GHOST TOWN with no funds. Now that is progress.
