Subject: 200 FOOT LONG GIANT WEINER REPLACES RETRO LAVA ICON.

The vote count is now in. 99% of the people favor the SOAP LAKE ICON to be the GIANT WEINER. 72% wish to see the Giant Weiner stuck knee deep in the sand at East Beach adjacent the Info. Center, the other 28% prefer a loftier approach, wish to see the Giant perched high mast on a stick over City Hall. Placement isn't the real issue. One of the Chamber Maids suggested adding mustard to the Giant so it would blend in nicely with the new baby fecal tone building on Main. That shade must have replaced shit-brindle-brown on the color chart this year. Like how cool is that? The stupid ideas that come out of Soap Lake certainly would make one think there has been a lot of inbreeding going on. That's why the Giant Weiner won the popular vote by far, beating out the Giant Lava Lamp as favored icon for Soap Lake, Wa. Picture Soap Lake's GIANT WEINER FEST. & ANNUAL WEINER-RAMA.

The Giant Weiner is now available at the B&B. $3.95 with an order of Giant Spuds. A Giant Corn Dog might actually be more befitting for Soap Lake.

A Giant Bumpkin would be fitting to Soap Lake for me thinks too many Bumpkins go bump in the dark there. Ha!
