I guess I am on this forum because I believe very seriously that pharmaceutical products that have steroids in them should be labelled. The doctors seem to give them out like lollies these days.

I am also trying to connect with other people who have been through or are going through what I did. :)

I am not an expert nor do I claim to be an expert. I only have my body's reactions to go on and how it reacted when it was put on the steroids and how it reacted when it went off them.

I believe that if you are going through absolute hell then it is a comfort to know that somebody else has been through it and will give you some hope :)

I am on my own quest to try to find someone who has dealt with what I have but overcame it through natural means :)

However that is my personal quest. I am not going to try to convert people to going and seeing naturopaths especially since so many people seem to be against them these days :) I guess I was just lucky to find a good one :)

I remember when I was going through the hell that I went through that I desperately just wanted someone to tell me what was going on with my body and how i might deal with it :) But unfortunately I have been unlucky in that area. I told you that my Gastro basically told me it was all in my head :) So now if I can help other people who are going through it then I will try my best :)


If I could find a good endocrinologist who didn't cost the earth then I would gladly go to one but I do not seem to be able to. Thus I am on my own :) i have done the research on Vitex and it definitely has been used to balance the hormonal system which is why I am giving it a go :) Sometimes you need to take a chance :) It would be wonderful if all the clammy hands and feet would stop and the sore joints and all the other things that I have to deal with at the moment :)
