Thanks for all the advice guys. I've put it to use and I'm beginning to like this thing. I put it in my mouth without looking (this made the water not spray all over the mirror) and lowered the pressure setting which made it less irritating on my gums. I'm gona start using a 1:1 listerine solution like my ortho said and give it a try. I think I need to buy a larger reservoir though.
