 I appreciate all the input from everyone so far. Now I have a sore on my tongue and my right cheek from the expander and band on the right.My speech is still off because it hurts my tongue to talk. I did get some medecine for the sores though. Got a question. What's worse to get used to , the expander or actual braces? ps- for the record I'm a 36 year old male who works in law enforcement so i hope my speech improves quick!
