From the newsletter: "A motion was made by Bret Watt and seconded by Brian Snyder that a letter be prepared and sent to homeowners who are currently in violation of a provision in the covenants by having basketball goals in front of their homes. The motion carried with Michelle Charest and Bob Freeman voting in opposition. Bret will prepare a draft of the letter and forward to the board for review."

Sounds like they've already decided to send out some sort of "get rid of it or else" letter.
