While there may be a law somewhere that says that, there are many different variations and private acts and while I do not have the specific one you are speaking of in front of me, nor do I plan to look for it, the specific resolution that you were writing about only needs two readings. When it comes right down to it, I doubt there will even be a vote on the resolution. Again, I have done everything I know to do, but I have not gotten a call from you, and you insist on writing under what is most likely not even your real name. I am more than happy to email a scan of the March agenda when it comes out if you want to send me your email. Other than that, it appears you just want to complain, and not just on this issue.
