I am the last one who wants an increase in HOA dues. I talked last meeting with some on the board that what we need right now is to either split the payments up or reduce them this coming year. As for a building - I believe the cost structure that we were researching would not be anything close to $1 million, or even $500k. I don't think that would make much sense right now. We did talk about renting out the space, in a similar way that Hickory Hills does for it's residents. But again - before anything can happen, it must go to the HOA community for a vote. So no worries - no one is suggesting that we spend any money unless the community wants to support the decision. We are open to any comments though - come to our next meeting if you'd like.
