Thanks CPA...someone with a mortgage calculator can keep these folks from breaking us. I keep hearing about these clubhouse ambitions. Is now really the time to take on a capital project? In my opinion, the $250k we have in reserves is too much as it stands and seems to embolden some in finding ways to spend it...in addition to raising the annual fee.
