With the amount of rain we have already received and expecting another 1.5" or so this evening/tonight the track will need to be completely scraped. That operation takes almost an entire day to complete. Getting the track back into a safe raceable state would take even longer. Considering that and the fact that very few people have been able to test prior to this weekend, we have decided to cancel the April 1st Strange Engineering Outlaw Street Car Shootout. We are very disappointed to make this call but we always make the safety of our racers, fans and employees first priority. So now everyone has another month to get their cars ready for the May race which will include Pro Mod cars and is a 2 day event with a Pro qualifying session Friday night.
