I want to encourage you to go to a post-abortion counseling service - you can look up a pregnancy center near you and they may offer them or know of a place that does. What you are experiencing is a symptom of Post Abortion Stress Syndrome(PASS). The desire to replace the baby that was lost is a way of coping with the pain and grief, but even if you got pregnant again, it wouldn't really replace the unique life that you lost. This is why, as a counselor, I'm hoping you will speak with a professional for free about your PASS. A pregnancy resource center often have free group counseling, books and other information.
