 Yes nobody won the war but, the Korean war ended without a peace treaty, only a shaky armistice that left the two Koreas still technically at war. Their border remains the most heavily guarded in the world, with 2 million troops on both sides. About 37,000 U.S. troops remain in the South under a mutual defense pact.
