Subject: brisket price

on Friday evening i was talking to the bartender at the boat club and he told me that they could get me brisket for $2.29/lb. not sure what the quality is but for that price i'm going to try a couple. if they are to lean i will just make pastrami out of them. hopefully i will have these for next weekend.
