I DO have to agree that for that price you can`t go wrong, its kind nice to let someone else do the Q'n for ya periodically.
Earl, they have been saying that they were waiting for the liquor lic since the day they opened...LOL

I DO like the ribs there, I don`t usually buy side ribs but if I could buy them like they get them I would opt for them over backs.....
Most of the sides you get in the grocery stores aren`t worth the trouble of buying, while at least backribs are not too bad.

I should call my pig suppier to see if I can get them monster side ribs that they have at Camp 31.

I just ordered a big rack of beef ribs from Fortino's to get going in the next week.....you ever done them?
If you take the time to do them they are awesome.....
