Amber hears the whinnies and she jogs down the barn towards the mare's stall. She peers in and sees that the mare was in labor. She runs to the tack room and returns with a foaling kit that had everything in it that she might need to help the mare and/ or the foal.

Spots goes the other mare and nudges her reassuringly. She knew what it was like to have a foal when you weren't in perfect health.
