this is the part that gets me. Some people have a very clearly defined pattern that rarely varies. With me, most of my characters appear very different - which is the reason I have been trying to figure out if there is always a pattern; or rather, if *I* have a pattern. From what it seems, I do have a pattern, but it is nearly not as clearly defined as JayBee's is. The characters, while very different, have *some* common qualities (although modified by their own unique experiences) that invariably push all my buttons.
