Canned Food Drive for Mon Oct 5 and Tue Oct 6 at the Oakville Studio -- Ryan, 10:58:13 10/01/09 Thu
The economy is picking up but the Oakville Fairshare foodbank isn't noticing much improvement, according to North Oakville newspaper.
We are having another food drive. Dancers who bring cans or other non-perishables should dress in Fall colours rather than the usual white tee and dark shorts.
Face painting etc. is allowed. Accessories too, but they must not be distracting to the dancer's performance and/or leave a mess (glitter, leaves, etc).
Please support our town and have fun while doing it!

I would like to express my thanks to all of my bus trip friends. Between the talks, the dinners, the dancing and yes hanging out in the lobby -the weekend in Long Island was filled with many moments of laughter. In this incredibly difficult time in our lives Irish Dance and the GC Families have provided real comfort and healing for us.

The Petri Dancers will be holding a food drive at the Petri Feis on 9/26/2009 at Hofstra University. The drive will support the Mary Brennan INN in Hempstead, N.Y.
If you are interested in participating in the food drive, we would ask that you bring your donations to our feis on Saturday 9/26/2009.
Specific items needed are:

All entries are Due to me by September 24th (Oakville) or to Ryan by September 26th (Windsor). If you will not be in class those days, it is your responsibiity to get it to the class by the due date. Absolutely NO entries will be received after the 26th of September.
