I wanted to try "Sec Four Three Loves The Bra Factory Owner" but the website just hung. The Love-O-Meter practically died.

A Public Service Announcement - Remember to wear your bras! The Bra Factory Owner © -- Aidah - This will scare off any *man* reading this message board, 00:43:17 05/16/04 Sun
Aidah waves hello to her beloved Sec 4/3 classmates

I'm so glad to see Audrey POST a message here on this board! For the past few weeks I was really scared to post a message here...cos you know... the GREAT possibility of me TALKING to MYSELF! (though I guess most of you're wondering...Gee Aidah, that HAS never STOPPED you before!!...*snigger snigger* ~~ The Moderator)
Well actually NUS ended the exams about a month ago, and NTU just ended last week I think. So yes... most of us are pretty much enjoying life - the 3-month semester break! Tried to find a job... not much luck unfortunately. Sigh. At least I've a few desperate A-level students...ok ok I
remembered the times when I was one of them...
I guess this would be a great time to involve myself again in my bra factory business. Especially after taking all those biz modules.... darn it I think
I've been overpaying my CEO! Acumen schumen. It can't possibly be that HARD... Heck, finally I can stop GROPING in the dark about fondling...EHEM...I mean HANDLING those oh-so-lucrative deals.
Anyway the so-very-perennial question "How's the business doing?" will now be answered by my CFO. Lemme just tell you the answer. "Very well.
Thank you very much." As much as I would like to say that we will be doing our IPO soon.... the business has not expanded that much yet. But hey
it's good enough to co-sponsor this HK movie. La Brassiere. My french is slightly rusty, but my guess translated to English is "The Bra Factory Owner".
~heheheh~
No...of course it's not a story about me! Heavens no! Too ridiculous in fact to be the truth....yeah as ridiculous as the new backless and strapless bra.
What are you wearing then? Air? ~ The Moderator
No, actually I think it STICKS to the ehem..you know! ~Third Person Aidah
Not much of a PURPOSE, isn't it? And if heavy jiggling is going on...what happens then? It DROPS off? ~ The Moderator who is reinforcing the law of physics. Hello? Not ONLY apples can drop you know?
~and we would like to interupt this lovely physics problem~
Anyway.....It's about two MALE bra designers. Men. And they go around examining their subjects for purely work. Examining...ogling... Having perhaps the best job a man could ask for... I think it's a super-fantastic movie. Two...uh..thumbs up! (who's got the gutter mind now and needs to be cleaned with industrial-strength detergent? )
So remember to watch it. It'll be on channel 8 at 8pm on Sunday night. If you look closely enough, one of the bras in the movie has the logo TBF somewhere. Of course blink and you miss. *smiles* My product placement.
And in theme with bras and product placements... here's what Hillary Clinton thought of ©The Bra Factory's products:
"Wrong size. One size too big."
Well...you WISH!!

heya -- aud, 07:07:01 05/14/04 Fri
heya everyone. haven't visited this site for really long. seems like everyone's exams should be long over already? i'm taking my exams now. they're driving me nuts! not very pleasant things, these exams. im quite sick of studyingfor them. don't you think studying sometimes makes you anti social cuz you coop up all the time to study and dun see the light of day at all sometimes? thankfully, the weather in london is better now. spring time is almost gone and summer is going to kick in real soon. flowers are every where, especially tulips in bloom. the parks here are quite a pretty site i must say. the perfectly manicured lawns and carefully planted and colour co-ordinated tulips.
i think i need some exercise. i am incredibly unfit. ugh. and am growing fats at wrong parts. eeks.
till next time. i'll be back soon! yippee!
love

TKGS NPCC : CAMPCRAFT CHAMPION 2004! -- Aidah the crazed NPCC cadet inspector
, 02:42:33 03/21/04 Sun
Hello guys! I realized this may not exactly relate to Sec 4/3, but I guess I just cannot contain my happiness. Needed to share with someone!

Refresh your memory back to 2000. Do you remember some NPCC girls during the earlier part of the year... slogging out on the quadrangle in the classroom block...pitching a tent and a flagpole? And sometimes trying to light this lamp? And they do it again and again? Nope? You don't remember? The main reason I guess is that despite 3 months of hard training, rain or shine, that particular team only achieved 3rd position nationwide.
Yup. It was very crushing indeed especially for me since I was in that team.
Fast forward to 2004 where I came back as a cadet inspector (CI) to try to redeem myself. (Did not really help train the 2002 team which got 3rd place again btw) Trained the 2004 team with my fellow CIs since Dec 2003... 3 months of thinking about new strategies to train and motivate 11 Sec 4 NPCC cadets who should be worrying about their O-levels... and trying to juggle my schoolwork and NPCC..
And the 2004 team did it. They beat Nanyang Girls', 2-time consecutive champion. Thanks to the team, I managed to feel a sense of redemption from the defeat I suffered which had haunted me for a very long time. I still remember that time...became too ashamed to even keep the 3rd-placed trophy I got... sigh.
Their victory was made much more sweeter by the fact that the principal actually came down all the way to Police Academy to support them. Can you believe it? NPCC, the practically non-existent uniformed group in school had the principal's support.
To the NPCC girls in the class i.e Faezah and Syikin... I hope you all realize the meaning of this... TKGS NPCC had just beaten 120 teams to become the best of the best. I'm in cloud 9. My inner turmoil gone, I'm ready to step down from the unit.
Back to your regularly scheduled programming.

VOY ATE MY MESSAGE BOARD AND MY MESSAGES! -- Aidah ~ you disappear for a while...and see what happens?..., 22:20:23 03/16/04 Tue
My gawd........! What the heck happened? All those past messages suddenly disappeared! This is terrible!!
Maaaaaayyyyybeeeeeeeeee.... it's my fault for not playing moderator all this while.... this is BAD...VERY BAD..
My funny posts... are all GONE! And I never.....SAVED them! Man.... *grumbles* Can't believe I screwed up! (I know... it's SO hard to believe!)
In case you're wondering, Aidah is still very much alive, sense of humour still intact, although almost panicked when I realized that I forgot the moderator's password. NOPE, no way am I telling you guys what's the password.... the potential havoc in the wrong hands! LOL. You may just discover where I kept the fork!
Seriously I'm at the mercy of VOY, who suddenly decides to EAT all the past messages... those that are safely archived....are safe....but the most recent ones are GOBBLED UP!
Anyway, if anyone's interested to know where the heck I disappeared to... I'll be frank. Sigh.
Now's Week 11 at NUS, hence 2 more weeks before the study week and exams...BAD...VERY BAAAD.... darn it, I am beginning to sound more like a goat... so right now testing my stress threshold, wondering at which chapter of my fluid mechanics module will I finally start laughing hysterically and begin to proceed to tear up my notes.
Ok kidding...! You know OF COURSE I wouldn't do that to my highly-innocent notes which now I realized are looking waaay too pristine right now... Hmmm.. am I supposed to actually scribble something on it?
Waving Hi to SM and Weiling...and of course FAEZAH! Really enjoyed that last gathering we had... YES YES...quite a long time ago...AND OF COURSE FAEZAH HAS FAILED TO EMAIL ME THE PICS! Argh!!!! ANy chance did both of you receive it from her...?
Btw, in case you are all wondering our dear Geography class rep is fine. Apparently she suffers from a syndrome called Shyness Affflicticus Posttiss Messageboardiness. Yep. She's fine though, and she has got her motorcycle licence!
Red colour Yamaha.. And Faezah, remember you still owe me a ride!
I'm disappearing again...for now...Hope to see some more messages here... SIGH. I do know for a fact that people are visiting this site regularly... the site-meter doesn't jump by itself you know! So c'mon reveal yourself... otherwise maybe you could just be suffering from the undiagnosed syndrome...Afraidus ofsharpusness Forkerises. Dangerous you know!

hey guys... i guess everyone's busy with school now... howmany weeks of uni have you all had so far? my sch just started this week as well... my timetable this sem is kind of neat... all 3 hour blocks of lessons...12 hrs a week... i thought 3 hrs would be unbearable but it wasn't that bad... had a 10 min break in btw and it didn't really feel like 3 hrs to begin with....
finally started doing some work today... it was so hard trying to get through the auditing readings... it was quite dry so i stopped =P have to get back to it eventually though... have tute work to do! =(
all this time in uni passed so quickly... i'm in my final year now! even if you don'tfeel old,you keep getting reminded with all the emails you get from the career centre informing you about all these talks where companies are trying to recruit us...
going to sleep now... have to try to wake up earlier to read the notes.... night!

Are We ~~Stressed~~ Yet? -- Aidah.... ~did anybody seen my mind? I seem to have dropped it somewhere....~, 00:37:33 02/27/04 Fri
Yo guys.... my beloved lovable miss-you-so-much Sec 4/3 mates!
Been so busy, I can't believe that I *neglected* this message board.... I'm truly sorry!
In case you're missing one of my more hilarious adventures (yeah yeah...thick-skinned Aidah, humour me please?) that I am encountering in this stressed up course..... which had just gone up a higher notch ever since the sadistic professors thinks it's cute to rename the entire department as Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering.... the hilarious adventures are now in desperately short supply.... you should have seen the horrible grim faces in the LT when we were told about the change! Though at first I was hoping for the dean to suddenly say out something along the lines like...
"GOTCHA! We got you there for a moment didn't we? Kidding. Why the *heck* would we want to add a whole new extra burden...that has no bearing at all to whatever you currently are doing... to your already overloaded torturous four-year course?" and maybe like being told there's the camera and maybe smile for it etc etc.
But of course, it was too much to hope that our fluid mechanics professor to actually discover a sense of humour. Oh yes. He can discover a new equation to describe the fluid flow without creating an extra shear stress term. He can discover a new way to describe the velocity profile of a non-newtonian fluid. But god forbid he can discover his sense of humour. Sigh.
Imagine extra modules of .... biochemistry! OH NO OH NO NO NO NO NO!
Anyway to make myself feel better, I re-read this email I got...and decided it's the next best thing to my ultimately very funny and rib-tickling anectodes I experience (or used to experience) in the god-forsaken engineering faculty...
So let me share this with you!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The following excerpts are actual answers given on history tests and in Sunday school quizzes by children between 5th and 6th grade ages in Ohio.
They were collected over a period of three years by two teachers.
Read carefully for grammar, misplaced modifiers, and of course, spelling!
Kids should rule the world, as it would be a laugh a minute for us adults and therefore no time to war or argue.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Ancient Egypt was old. It was inhabited by gypsies and mummies who all wrote in hydraulics. They lived in the Sarah Dessert. The climate Of the Sarah is such that all the inhabitants have to live elsewhere.
Moses led the Hebrew slaves to the Red Sea where they made unleavened bread, which is bread made without any ingredients. Moses went up on Mount Cyanide to get the ten commandos. He died before he ever reached Canada but the commandos made it.
Solomon had three hundred wives and seven hundred porcupines. He was a actual hysterical figure as well as being in the bible. It sounds Like he was sort of busy too.
The Greeks were a highly sculptured people, and without them we wouldn't have history. The Greeks also had myths. A myth is a young female moth.
Socrates was a famous old Greek teacher who went around giving people advice. They killed him. He later died from an overdose of wedlock Which is apparently poisonous. After his death, his career suffered a dramatic decline.
In the first Olympic games, Greeks ran races, jumped, hurled biscuits, and threw the java. The games were messier then than they show on TV now.
Julius Caesar extinguished himself on the battlefields of Gaul. The Ides of March murdered him because they thought he was going to be made king. Dying, he gasped out "Same to you, Brutus."
Joan of Arc was burnt to a steak and was canonized by Bernard Shaw for reasons I don't really understand. The English and French still have problems.
Queen Elizabeth was the "Virgin Queen," As a queen she was a success. When she exposed herself before her troops they all shouted "hurrah!" and that was the end of the fighting for a long while.
It was an age of great inventions and discoveries. Gutenberg invented removable type and the Bible. Another important invention was the circulation of blood.
Sir Walter Raleigh is a historical figure because he invented cigarettes and started smoking.
Sir Francis Drake circumcised the world with a 100 foot clipper which was very dangerous to all his men.
The greatest writer of the Renaissance was William Shakespeare. He was born in the year 1564, supposedly on his birthday. He never made much money and is famous only because of his plays. He wrote tragedies, comedies, and hysterectomies, all in Islamic pentameter.
Writing at the same time as Shakespeare was Miguel Cervantes. He Wrote Donkey Hote. The next great author was John Milton. Milton wrote Paradise Lost. Since then no one ever found it.
Delegates from the original 13 states formed the Contented Congress. Thomas Jefferson, a Virgin, and Benjamin Franklin were two singers of the Declaration of Independence. Franklin discovered electricity by rubbing two cats backward and also declared, "A horse divided against itself cannot stand." He was a naturalist for sure. Franklin died in 1790 and is still dead.
Abraham Lincoln became America's greatest Precedent. Lincoln's Mother died in infancy, and he was born in a log cabin which he built with his own hands.. Abraham Lincoln freed the slaves by signing the Emasculation Proclamation.
On the night of April 14, 1865, Lincoln went to the theater and got Shot in his seat by one of the actors in a moving picture show. They believe the assinator was John Wilkes Booth, a supposingly insane actor. This ruined Booth's career.
Johann Bach wrote a great many musical compositions and had a large number of children. In between he practiced on an old spinster which he kept up in his attic. Bach died from 1750 to the present. Bach was the most famous composer in the world and so was Handel. Handel was half German, half Italian, and half English. He was very large.
Bethoven wrote music even though he was deaf. He was so deaf that he wrote loud music and became the father of rock and roll. He took long walks in the forest even when everyone was calling for him.Beethoven expired in 1827 and later died for this.
The nineteenth century was a time of a great many thoughts and inventions. People stopped reproducing by hand and started reproducing by machine. The invention of the steamboat caused a network of rivers to spring up.
Cyrus McCormick invented the McCormick raper, which did the work of a hundred men.
Louis Pasteur discovered a cure for rabbits but I don't know why.
Charles Darwin was a naturalist. He wrote the Organ of the Species. It was very long people got upset about it and had trials to see if it was really true. He sort of said God's days were not just 24 hours but without watches who knew anyhow? I don't get it.
Madman Curie discovered radio. She was the first woman to do what she did. Other women have become scientists since her but they didn't get to find radios because they were already taken.
Karl Marx was one of the Marx Brothers. The other three were in the movies. Karl made speeches and started revolutions. Someone in the family had to have a job, I guess.

Will post a longer message next time! Till my next message then!

hello! finally got round to posting a message... i'm feeling really restless today... i can't figure out why and the closest i can get to explain it is the coffee jelly that was in my milk tea... hmmm...
anyway, been back in singapore for a week now and been vusy resting at home.. haha.. slowly going out more... feels nice to just stay at home and do nothing much for the whole day... home seems so much comfortable after 7 weeks in nepal... it was a good experience seeing how people live in other parts of the world.. it was nice in a simple quiet kind of way there... i would go back one day... but at the same time you also realise how fortunate we are to have what we have... i mean my host father earns about s$70 a month over there... i guess the cost of living is not too high there but they really are living on a day to day basis... most people don't really have savings to speak of... makes me think twice before spending money... nowadays i look at clothes and stuff and i'm automatically like... "that's x times of what my host father earns a month"... haha... it'll be interesting to see how long this lasts... the nepal trip was great... i would definitely recommend it to anyone who is considering doing such a trip... as an added bonus, the shopping's good in the tourist areas too! haha...
oh and in response to weiling's disbelief to me teaching... yes.. i was teaching in a school... it was kind of crazy because i was this person who has never taught my whole life yet i was given the chance to teach kids from nursery to year 5s (12-14 year olds) subjects from english to maths to social studies to science... hmm.. guess that wouldn't be happening in singapore anytime soon.. oh, i taught the older class some chinese too... haha.. that was quite fun.. i guess the younger children were harder to handle.. kind of like trying to control a group of little monkeys... and the best part was i couldn't speak much nepali and they didn't speak much english either... haha.. quite fun and i do miss some of the kids.. some of them were really very adorable! =)
ok... wonder if anyone actually bothered to read to the end of this message.. haha... ta!

happy new year, gong xi fa cai!!!! -- audrey, 00:27:55 01/23/04 Fri
hello everyone!!!
GONG XI FA CAI! as you can see. london is behind time so this is only new year now, but the thing is I HAVE SCH! haha. and there are no love letters, no heh bee hiam, no bak kwa no nothing. so i went down to chinatown to buy the stupidly overpriced ones! I've been havong reunion dinner everyday with different groups of friends haha. there was one night where we cooked. this is what we cooked: 15 eggs that made up like 5 omelettes with luncheon meat, prawns and onions in them, chicken curry, bak kut teh with fish maw and dang gui, veggies with mushrooms and grilles salmon. for dessert there was ben and jerry's and haagen dazs, with red wine, and irish cream. it was a spectacular feast. and the guys are damn good cooks. i learnt how to cook an omelette that day. my omelettes are golden brown haha! perfecto!! hee my life is quite sad hor, i dunno how to cook things till now. my next dish will be onde onde. my friend is gg to teach me how! yay!
anyway here are some new year wishes for everyone: hope everything is smooth sailing and that everyone remains young and pretty and full of life. (and crap!) Most importantly, be in good health and always be happy ya? have fun and take care!!!
missing everyone in singapore, and heh bee hiam, love letters, steamboat and what nots you eat at new year!

first week ... -- FiRZa, 23:04:31 01/17/04 Sat
ok ok noraidah .. i'm bit guilty here for coming in and not posting anything sometimes.
anyway, the first week is always the most fun week of school don't ya think .. there's loads of shopping to be done with the isetan sale and the bazaars going on like everywhere
. it's a pity i'm a bit the broke rite now and didn't go for the isetan sale. it was so crowded that i don't want to get myself lost in the sea of tall and big people. but i saw a lot of people coming out of the audi with big plastic bags in their hands.
then there were the lectures where we met the lecturers for the first time - there are the geeky ones
, the crappy ones
and the ones who just talk without anyone listening
. all in all i get a headache after every lecture coz i have no idea what the lecturers are talking about except for material science .. he is so crappy!
however, the most thing i regret not doing last week is .. not following my roomie to the airport to see jerry yan .. arghhhh!!!!
.. how can i miss such a good chance. i can't believe that i actually stayed back for the computing lecture where the lecturer spent the whole period telling us not to miss lecture and tutorial. It's so stupid!!
Ok ok so i'm not as big of a f4 fan as my roomie is. but comparing seeing a gorgeous hunk
with seeing a geek with funny hair .. isn't it obvious?! my roomie had such an eventful day (jerry actually reached out his hand to her and she somehow got really upclose with him .. man how i wish i was there) and i got to spent 2 hours in a talk that drives everyone there to sleep.
haiz..
but anyway the first week of school is over .. in other words, all the fun and the crappy jokes the lecturers give us will soon die down and real work and stress is coming in very soon.

How's school?
-- Aidah..I'm having a think-ache from all the thinking just now..why or why didn't I do something else like..humour writing with a major in pure crap..then again..would someone actually PAY me to do this sort of stuff?
, 22:29:16 01/16/04 Fri
Wow.......
It's nice to see new people for a change... I'm glad the NTU pple are here. Do come regularly! Anyway I just found out that some people
ahem have been coming to visit very regularly and YET never post message. Some even worse. They TOTALLY forgot the URL of this place..... Sigh...
sniffles... HURT my FEELINGS you know!!
Don't give me lame excuses like shy (yeah right Jamilah!) or don't know what to post....

Ok.... I DEFINTELY cannot help with the SHY part with please let me clarify on WHAT you can post. There are some guidelines you can
follow, I repeat they're just GUIDELINES. You need not adhere strictly.
1) The posts need not be coherent. For instance you can always mention about how you were miraculously rescued from your monotonous-braincells-destroying lecture by.... the darn cute exchange student from Germany! Suddenly the rush through the brain is better than the fluid mechanics textbook falling on your foot. (was your own fault actually, leaned forward too much trying to get a better look, or maybe the better word was....ogle.... never notice that the book was at the edge already)
After the lecture is over (TWO hours seem dreadfully short so suddenly....) when you can immediately jump to the part where you try to engage him into a.....intellectual conversation about the integration of Euler's equation along a streamline for steady flow.
I guess this is where the incoherent part comes in.....but of course this IS an exchange student from Germany and you realize that at the same time, you are trying to comprehend his incoherent accent.

2)The posts need not be intelligent. I mean generally MOST posts follow a certain amount of crap. I hope it's not too much or too demanding for everyone. You know people.... the post must got some standard at least lah!
Of course I have absolutely no problems with you all posting normal routine stuff you always do....I mean... I do realize (yes I do!) that some of our fellow classmates lead fairly normal lives that are not always interrupted by the occasional class spirit, menacing sharp forks or heavy engineering textbooks falling on various different parts of the lower body. I'm quite sure it's even quite WELCOME actually from the usual madness present in
some of the messages posted here.
By the way Audrey..... you are back in S'pore already? How long will you be around before you returning back to freezing London? Plus I'm so sorry I lost all the images you sent to me.... my online image account closed down while I was in Brunei! You can still email me the latest pics though. With some nice scenery I hope.
And SM, if you by any chance one of those people who visits the site regularly and NEVER post...... you BETTER! Did you see the SIZE of the fork below? Now you know WHY the US still CANNOT find the weapons of mass destruction.
And Angeline, Firza, Weiling...... remember to come visit and..... most IMPORTANT...POST regularly! I want to know the results of the inter-hall cheerleading competition! Angie, did you completely wowed the crowds with your moves and kicked the ass out of Weiling's hall?
And Fardy...... I still haven't see you for M&O lecture! Join me in the morning lecture if you can.... damn bored....... no one to talk to... no German guy to look at...... sigh...... my life is pathetic........ yes people..... do not rub it in..........

Btw in case you're wondering about the fate of The Adventures of the Moderator and the Sec 4/3 Proverbial Class Spirit....I'm glad to say that it has been picked up by Mediacorp to replace the not-so-funny Brothers 4....... coming to Channel 5 soon!
"Aidah...AIDAH!... WAKE UP! You fell asleep in front of the computer again! Have you finished solving the question about the velocity profile of fluid of viscousity x flowing through a pipe inclined at angle y?"
Chemical engineering is a glorified plumbing course.

hey how ya doing -- FiRZa, 01:25:56 01/05/04 Mon
hey .. i'm finally here (after 6 months and 17 days to be exact)!! all thanks to noraidah (whom i met on the train juz now and insisted that i should post something here) by the way noraidah, the banners are great especially the one at the bottom.
anyway, i'm really really sorry for not posting anything for months. err .. actually i'm kinda busy with hall stuff. i've been going back and forth to school to see the hall games and stuff. man .. you have no idea how boring the games are!! and living alone in hall is not as fun either. it is boring and not to mention kinda scary to be alone in a room u rarely come back to. i donno how my roomie does it.
noraidah .. yea you look very tanned today. but thankfully the holes on your fingers are now kinda gone already and i can't see them when you showed me your hands just now. i was already grimacing when u told me about your incident just now.
angeline .. i didn't know you are in cheerleading. i didn't even noe you stayed in hall .. what hall do you stay in anyway? i saw one hall's cheerleading practice the other day .. and it looked tough. it wasn't like the cheerleading that we had in sec sch .. it looked so professional .. so american-like that you see on tv. it's great!
well .. lastly, i wanna wish all the pple who got school tmr to HAVE FUN STUDYING!!! and to the rest of us whose school starts next week =p.. my only advice is PARTY ON!!
okie ppl .. nitey nite

HAPPY NEW YEAR SEC 4/3!
-- Aidah -- I'm BACK!
, 19:42:12 01/01/04 Thu
Yo there to my Sec 4/3 mates! And.... before I forget...

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Came back about a week ago from Brunei bruised and battered, but still intact...... well almost... But I definitely learnt a lot.... ooooh.... definitely. I don't know how many of you all are interested to know about my experiences... but hey... I'm going to tell anyway! LOL!
There was especially one part of the memorable land expedition through the jungles of Temburong where you begin to realize what comes up... must come DOWN. And hence after the looonnggg hike up the top of a certain steep hill with a 10-kg backpack strapped to your shoulders, you come to realize that you have to start going down. Usually this part is not so bad, but then you realize it's very slippery and it's steep.
So what happens? Of course you take small steps gingerly, trying to get a grip on your shoes and... for me.... on myself.. (Get a GRIP on yourself Aidah! The worst that can happen is that you SLIDE all the way down. C'mon... start WALKING!)
Of course, I lost my grip. And slid. Felt like Fantasy Island. The fact that the river was not that far off perhaps fuelled my imagination also. But stupid me in trying to slow down my...descent down the hill...... (ok ok more like a tumble down the hill).... grabbed the nearest plant... a very thorny plant. First let me just say, thank god for the gloves that protected my palm from the au natural accupuncture I got. But it's those type of gloves with exposed fingers, so needless to say the fingers on my left hand... were accupunctur-ed.... though I think destroyed is more apt...
Well... the holes on the fingers are still there.... but hey at least I managed to regain some sort of sensation on the fingertips. LOL. Below is the picture of my group.... just BEFORE the land expedition.

Other than that, there were more interesting highlights like the whitewater rafting down the river and trying to break down the language barriers with our Bruneian (Their Malay is very different. Serious!) counterparts.
Anyway I apologize for the lack of messages here. There's a reason! Really. When I finally went online, I realized that my image web account (darn that Strike9!) was shut down and I lost the images that was stored there. Hence the many missing images in my past messages. And Audrey's pics. Not to mention the banners for this messageboard also. So I decided to create new ones and store them in another account. Hope you all like it! Especially the one with the fork.
I hope to see more messages from everyone. Other people. Not myself. I mean don't you all get sick of seeing MY ridiculously LONG messages ALL THE TIME?
Here's to hoping that 2004 will bring in more classmates to the Sec 4/3 Online Kampong!

hey hey -- aud, 02:39:36 12/11/03 Thu
heya heya!!!!
sch term is almost ending for me! yay! haha. not so much work to do now i guess, though i still have a research report to write, if i figure out what that is in the first place.oh well in holdiay mood now. those who haven't watched "LOVE,ACTUALLY" go and watch it now! it is really really nice and heartwarming... though i do think that bits of it would have gotten censored. well i thin i watched the uncensored version. which is really well, nude? and the rating here is a 15!!!! haha. i was SHOCKED. the amt of nudity in it was an eye opener? to use the right words! haha.. oh well.
flying off to spain on sat.hope all goes well. and ill be back in london for the new year countdown. all this sounds so frivolous when pple like sm are in nepal dg comm service and aidah sweating her guts out in brunei. it actually sounds like BMT? haha..
sometimes i wish i got a ticket home. that wud have been real nice. but i guess i will rough it out.... till then. staying in student hostels isnt exactly my cup of tea.hotels wud be nice, and budget shopping too!
nice talking to aidah and xiuj online that day.... have to add more pple to my msn list man. or mebbe u all can add me? my email add is skylar_pep@hotmail.com. will update everyone when i get back. and aidah all my photos are this big one. too bad haha. i got nice scenery these days. but then you said files too big so too bad man!!!! lol
got to go bathe then sleep for a while. tata girls
take good care
love
