Your message also says to me that we can all stop looking outside ourselves for treasure because it is within us already. What a terrific hiding place! Right under our noses. In the same vein, a friend of mine once had an experience of realizing that we--our souls, who we truly are-- are more beautiful than 10,000 sunsets in the eyes of God. Imagine the thrill we get from seeing a fantastic sunrise or sunset, multiply that times 10,000 and we can hardly even conceptualize how beautiful we really are. Which is why we must forget all this when we are born, otherwise we would be frozen in awe-filled adoration and wouldn't even be able to play the game of life.
