Subject: Wow, Linda, you can do that??? It happened to me too, but each time, at the moment of leaving the body, I get so scared that I get sucked back in, heart pounding as hell! I donīt know why I resist that. And I donīt know what to do against the fear. You say it feels peaceful? It feels very exciting to me, way too exciting!*lol*
In reply to: swvaLinda 's message, "Martina, wow, that is fascinating!!! Gosh I am sure enjoying reading all of the responses to this post! Tell me, have any of you ever lay down in bed and feel as if - it's hard to explain - as if you are leaving your body and taking off flying? And you get this deep sense of freedom and joy? Sometimes it just happens and rarely I can will it to happen. But it doesn't happen often enough because I just love that feeling. It's the most free feeling I've ever felt. And then I can feel myself return to my body so to speak and I try to resist and stay up there, but you know I never see myself above my body or anything. I just get the feeilng that I'm free, flying and swirling around and so happy inside." on 15:04:38 08/06/03 Wed

[> [> [> [> [> [> [> Hi Martina! You know I've always sort of 'woken up' already out there, floating and yes, blissfully happy! And it's when I return to my body that I try to resist. And sometimes it will work to will myself to go back to floating/flying again. lol So I never in the beginning made the conscious choice to do it, therefore I didn't have any fear. I woke up into it already happy so it was nothing but pleasant. And it wakes me up at night when it happens, when I return I will lay there awake for a few minutes. I've never known what that was, if other people experienced it and I'm still not sure. -- Linda, 10:14:12 08/07/03 Thu
