Hi Martina! You know I've always sort of 'woken up' already out there, floating and yes, blissfully happy! And it's when I return to my body that I try to resist. And sometimes it will work to will myself to go back to floating/flying again. lol So I never in the beginning made the conscious choice to do it, therefore I didn't have any fear. I woke up into it already happy so it was nothing but pleasant. And it wakes me up at night when it happens, when I return I will lay there awake for a few minutes. I've never known what that was, if other people experienced it and I'm still not sure. -- Spirit World
