Dr. Susan Love has a website and some books out, I hear she is very helpful. Here is her website addy -

And this from a dear friend of mine that has suffered twice with cancer and survived! She's one of the nicest people I've ever met, here is what she had to say regarding causes and an offer for your friend to email her -

**if they could figure out what exactly causes breast cancer , we'd all be much better off. When I saw my doctor he told me that the stats were going up.....it has been 1 in every 8 women get breast cancer........its going to be announced soon (???) that it is now 1 in every 4. They do NOT know the exact cause. I was in "good" shape....eating well and trying to live a healthy lifestyle ( I was riding my bike 15 miles a day 4 days a week).......getting annual checkups for at least the past 20 years.......

Hormones , no doubt, are a contributing factor, heredity, environmental , emotional status..........lots of things.

I hope your friend has a good doctor.........feel free to send my email addy to her and I will do what I can.......
