Subject: Colly, I don't know if anyone has suggested this or not, but I have a rosemary bush and when my head is really bad I snap off a leaf or two and crush them between my fingers and inhale. That clears me out pretty well. Maybe you have some rosemary oils for your soaps and have tried that already. Anyway, I sympathize, I was fighting another earache/headache from Hell today. Hugs to you!

[> [> Thanks for the suggestion beccabee. I love the smell of rosemary (though I can't keep a rosemary plant alive to save my life) and I do have a bottle of the oil. I use that or eucalyptus or peppermint when my sinuses get really terrible. -- Colly, 16:53:21 05/06/04 Thu
