Indeed, but the specifics of what they consider "ethical" can be agreed upon beforehand, and then detailed in the contract.

Reminder that they didn't post a specific contract since they negotiate contracts individually upon request.

But, I'm not going to sit here and defend NEXTwebSite for eternity. I only think they're a possible viable alternative, but clearly not the ideal solution.
