Exactly, though I gather that she meant distanced admiration and observation, in light of her allusions to GAFFers' methodology (similar to what I was saying in the last board).

It all comes from the "know-it-all" phase of life that everyone goes through and relatively few leave, prevalent of young people and old people. It's the in-betweens who are a bit more open, in general (but not always, as shown by the author of this topic), but it's still not enough.

This is why I whole-heartedly support distanced observers, if that's what you plan on doing. :)
