In addition to my previous points, I must still point out that this quote is referring directly to another quote, specifically the phrase "people are ... protective about Heywood." In fact, this is how the original post (<a rel=nofollow target=_blank href="http://www.voy.com/13774/26045.html)">http://www.voy.com/13774/26045.html)</a> goes:

You mean, a bit ingratiating? Or testicle-licking? ;) I know that I am not the only one to think so, but I can see that I am the only one bold enough to say it. Honestly, I don't know how poor Heywood can go to the bathroom with so many people hanging from his balls.

This is the absolute worst -- and absolute funniest in its irony -- example of a quote being taken out of context.
