Subject: The perfect family

Took our kids to the park yesterday, and noticed a bloke with his two sons, probably about 10 and 8 years old.

Both kids had full Manchester United kit, complete with long-sleeved shirts that cost extra (with Beckham and number 7 on the back), shorts, socks, Predator boots. The elder kid even had a captain's armband on. They were shite at football.

Dad, meanwhile, had a rip-off version of next season's Nike rags shirt on, and wanted everyone to notice - constantly preening himself and telling the kids he'd get them one "if yer be'ave yer fuckin selves".

I then noticed they also had an Alsatian puppy, tied to a goalpost. Probably being Fabien Barthez, I thought.

A few minutes later the dog managed to get loose, and dad cracked me up by bellowing at it..........

"Oi! Keano yer little bastard!"
