How far will England get in the World cup?

a) Not qualify for the knock-out stages
b) Top of the group then lose in the 2nd round
c) 2nd in the group then lose in the 2nd round
d) Top of the group then lose in the 2nd round on penalties
e) 2nd in the group then lose in the 2nd round on penalties
f) Lose in quarter finals
g) Lose in quarter finals on penalties
h) Lose in semis and come 3rd
i) Lose in semis and come 4th
j) Lose in final
k) Lose in final on penalties
j) WIN!
