I know some old members do come by to read the messages that are here but they are very leery about posting or replying to the ones here, because the board isn't monitored. Some also fear flamers and such who wouldn't be controlled or barred from posting again. I can understand these members' fears and respect their decisions not to post, but I refuse to let those with viscious tongues or "scarlet" pens keep me from doing what I enjoy doing, online or off.

Yeah, I know I am getting old in a hurry and I don't have much time left in this world, but while I'm alive, I'm going to go where I want to go and do what I want to do as long as I can. I will not show fear to a cowardly bully who hides in the shadows and throws words at me, no matter how nasty they are, for that's what it takes to attack others anonymously, a coward with no guts to stand face-to-face to the person he tries to defame or to falsely accuse of things that probably never happened. I usually ignore them as I am a peace loving person, but I will speak up if I think it is necessary to set them straight on something. I wouldn't want them going through life so confused if I know that to be the case.

Anyhoot, I have to scat for a while, need to get some sleep before my CT scans later today, so I leave you with this thought; "A candle loses nothing by lighting another candle, be a candle and let your light shine brightly!"

Peace and keep those LOVE lights glowing; you never know when someone may need your light to find the way home!
