Linda is NOT shouting in her e-mails. The reason she uses all upper case letters is that she uses a mailstation not a pc, and she and Jim both have had glaucoma problems, so she can't read the lower case letters too well on the little station she has. They are on a four month reprieve from the eye drops, go back in December to be evaluated again. That also means that until then she can take her badly needed allergy meds, as she can't take them while using the drops and her allergies are really bad right now. Anyhoot, this addition is just to let you know that so you understand she is not yelling at anyone, just having trouble reading what she types or what people send her in e-mails.
