Sometimes life sucks for sure, and we have choices to make that aren't easy, but when we fail, we either get up and start moving again, let the world use us for a doormat or lie down and quit. Quitting doesn't work; it just magnifies the size of the hole we dug and makes life more depressing. So we have to try a new path.

I sometimes wish that I could take meds for my depression, but my body treats most chemicals as if they were enemies and that's worse, so I have no other choice except to ride the black waves till they die. I'm trying to climb out of a pit right now myself, so my words may not make much sense to you or anyone else, but know that I hold my HoLaS family dear to me always, and they help me get out of the valley.

Peace, and keep those LOVE lights glowing; you never know when someone else may need your light to find the way home!
