Subject: I find 'big-name' managers don't gel with us. They have higher expectations than are feasible and tend to be just milking on the past. Frank is the right age with things to prove, especially after Spurs. Folks on here seem to have elevated perceptions. Most of the 'successful' managers of late were virtual unknowns.
