I try not to give any time to rumours until we are haggling over 50 quid with someone who's been at Motspur park for 4 days with no food or water - however:

1. Every player we are being linked with is a RB - that is either a very clear indication that Tete is off or we are not-so-subtley nudging him.

2. This guy is playing 'Silva Signing Bingo'! 2 footed, plays 3 positions, 27 (experienced).

I don't think that there's any doubt that Tete is off. If he was staying it would have been announced by now. No doubt it will be announced that he has signed for another club once his Fulham contract expires on 30th June. Same with TC......his money from Fulham stops on 30th June so expect a "He's signed a new contract" at Fulham announcement or confirmation that he's signed for another club at the very beginning of next month.
