Think Jokanovic got it right: -- Alboy, Sunday, October 15, 10:32:16am(host86-173-172-120.range86-173.btcentralplus.com/220.127.116.11)
With his post match summary. We did not cope well enough with their high pressure and their aggressive play in the first half. We got caught in possession a little to often Norwood in particular was guilty. Second half was much better we were braver took more risks and much more confident and crisp with our passing. We showed courage and fight and deserved our point. Cairney even half fit made a huge diiwith his composure on the ball good to see him back.

How was Cairney when he came on? Did he lift the team? Noticed that Soares was on the bench so imagine he will be at LB for the next game. Could be interesting to see him and Fredericks using their pace on the wings. With Sess and Ayite, I would imagine that Norwood and Johanson will miss out. You have to feel a little sorry for Odoi..
Caught a bit of the Wolves game.. Terry was hopeless against pace... Wolves looked good.
Thinking a bit about the new stand and its delivery. Wonder if the Europa League arrangements will be used for visiting fans and Fulham have all of the Putney and Hammersmith ends..
first goal -- Jezza, Sunday, October 15, 08:24:25am(b0f97bdd.bb.sky.com/22.214.171.124)
Their first goal wasn't offside. The Sky replay shows that Kalas and Odoi had stepped up but Ream and Sess hadn't and so their player was just behind or level when the pass was played. Good decision by the lino I'm afraid!
Season Tickets Found -- Steve, Sunday, October 15, 09:17:54am(host86-164-52-191.range86-164.btcentralplus.com/126.96.36.199)
Having a few pints in Putney after the game and a Preston supporter gave me three season tickets he found on the floor after the match. One adult ticket and two juniors for the Riverside stand. I have tried to call FFC but offices are closed until Monday. I will arrange to get them posted back to the club tomorrow. COYW.
Today -- Fetid, Saturday, October 14, 11:33:12pm(host213-120-43-147.range213-120.btcentralplus.com/188.8.131.52)
I enjoyed today, a good battle between cynical away play and agressive, attacking home play.
What I didn't care for was the faking of injuries. Time wasting, standing over the ball etc. is for the ref to sort out, faking injury is flat out cheating and it was good to see cheating not prosper. The rolling around by their keeper and the 'cramps' suffered by others were a disgrace and I for one, despite being happy to see the little guy do well, will not be wishing PNE well for the rest of the season.
That said, from my side on view, Fonte's penalty looked dodgy and I am not surprised to read othesr confirm it was a bit soft. That also disappoints as, like Preston, we ultimately reap what we sow.
Watching cairney warm up... he is not ready. Bring him on today to get kicked off the pitch would be a big mistake. -- P, Saturday, October 14, 04:06:47pm(184.108.40.206.threembb.co.uk/220.127.116.11)

Today -- Djon, Saturday, October 14, 11:08:24pm(NoHost/18.104.22.168)
Further evidence today that there are no standout teams in the Championship and if we can reach our potential we have every chance of promotion.
First half today was a mess. I understand the 'from-the-back' strategy is designed to draw opposition out and create space but it's completely dependent on getting the pass and move right. Especially on a relatively narrow pitch . Full of risks and needs everyone to be on their game. I didn't think Ream and Kalas played badly - the ball kept being lost further up and many players were responsible.
Stil. Second half had plenty of positives. A decent return by Cairney, lots of neat and inventive stuff from Mollo, and good energy throughout the team. I quite appreciated Fonte's contribution - didn't do much wrong, but Ses and Odoi not causing enough damage on the wings and we missed Fredericks.
Good to deny a decent Preston team the 3 points and I'm still positive for the season.
A great day -- JoeT, Saturday, October 14, 10:15:32pm(cpc98272-walt21-2-0-cust62.13-2.cable.virginm.net/22.214.171.124)
Forgive me for being personal but today was the first Fulham game my nearly 4 year old daughter attended. Obviously she wasn't interested in what was happening on the pitch but luckily she had mum and dad and a couple of young children to amuse her. She liked the day but thought the experience was 'too loud'. Ha ha, this is Fulham, just imagine her at a Celtic game. It was priceless looking at her observing the lunatic sounds and movements of the fans when we scored our equaliser.
On to the match itself, I thought we were very ragged first half. Yes, we could have had a goal or two but Preston also had very presentable chances due to our poor passing and lack of concentration. First goal look offside but will have to review it on replay and I was just waiting for the tackle to come in for the second goal. Alas it never came.
Second half was much better. Oh what a relief that Cairney came on to just steady the team. Was surprised he was even on the bench buth he is the metronome that keeps this team ticking along. He was my stand out player along with McDonald who kept battling throughout and Odoi, an underrated player in my opinion. Odoi is a safe pair of hands defensively and can score a goal or two as well.
Johansen, Norwood (apart from the penalty), Sess and Kebano all had poor games IMHO.
I'm glad that my daughter at least witnessed a memorable game but we make things hard for ourselves don't we.
McDonald was easily our MoM
Cairney made a big difference second half
Kalas is out of form
Hugill bossed our centre backs
Sign Hugill in January
Fonte is not the answer on his own up front
Should have kept Smith
We scored a penalty!!!
Preston outfought us first half
We are not strong enough to boss games like this
Deserved a point
Point not good enough
At least we got a point
Goal Kicks -- Richard Head, Saturday, October 14, 09:36:15pm(host86-179-2-60.range86-179.btcentralplus.com/126.96.36.199)
When the Opposition is pressing us at goal kicks to prevent us playing the ball out, we need to have some vatiation and use a long ball.

Men against boys
Kalas & Ream being out muscled all the time
Norwood having a mare
Johansen off the pace
Both goals self inflicted
Lucky to be only 2 down.

Fulhamish or what... -- Bad Boy, Saturday, October 14, 12:27:16pm(02d92c4d.bb.sky.com/18.104.22.168)
Last game of '98/99 season, v PNE. We win 3-0 to secure 101pts and GD+47. Moody returns from injury (broken leg) comes off the bench and scores all 3. His last game for us. Keegan resigns in favour of England job. Bitter sweet (or just Fulhamish)
