Brighton, Brentford and Bournemouth do so well at scouting and buying low and selling high. You would think with our owners self sufficient model we would have some of the best scouts (after all he’s a very rich man so could afford the best scouts for our level) but we never do. We just buy expensive casts off from Arsenal and Man City or rely on players bought in by previous managers years ago. -- SW6.doc
