• Definitely. He's only just come back from a serious hamstring injury. Look at how long its taken Robinson to get back from a minor knee surgery. Considering all his variety of goals and his bulk, he surely needs a fully-functioning hamstring to get going. Added to that, Marco seems incapable of playing in a way not to isolate our forwards. • Not a chance. His whole career has proved it. He’s not a natural finisher, doesn’t have game IQ and he isn’t consistent. When the ball goes to him Ive no confidence he will tuck it away. • I'm sorry, but I've never seen a fan he's not skilled enough at this level. He doesn't have any particular strengths. He would undoubtedly score in a strong team. As any would. But he is not naturally creative and relies on it being on a plate. In fairness, it's not just him in our current squad. Thought he looked sharper yesterday. • My take on this, for what it’s worth, is that his confidence is more fragile than, for eg, someone like Jimenez. When it’s high he can look a proper centre forward, even giving the likes of Van Dijk problems. But when things don’t go so well Muniz seems a little lost and his game as a whole seems to significantly deteriorate. Age/experience might help bolster his self-belief, but maybe it requires a move elsewhere for him to thrive as a prem club is unlikely to be too patient.   • Pertinent Q. Last season in particular he scored mainly as sub and he and Raul between them produced a very competitive outcome from the centre-forward spot. But nowt this time since the opening day and even success at Wolves and last day would hardly suffice to reassure. All that I can see, while at the same time those videos do not show a guy who never anticipates and can only score sitters, but pretty much the reverse.     • Good analysis in so far as it goes but limited because you wont consider other factors like motivation and hidden offers that might affect motivation . How motivated were the sent off players yesterday to stay on the field . There was a huge betting opportunity between sending off 1 and 2 to bet against Fulham . Just a theoretical example . • To say again the obvious he was easily our lowest paid player till after the start of this season . Agents and other clubs will have seen the quality of his goals and thought Fulham don’t value this guy for his proven worth and potential . Let’s see if we can get him on the cheap . • Perhaps Marcos strategy of never letting his forwards play a whole match doesn't help him. Imagine Ivor or any forward only ever playing an hour (or less) and being told to "run around a lot".
