 Indiana started using it Nov. 1st. They increased the amount of times you are tested per year?? That seems wrong if you already had a predetermined number from your case manager...hmmm. I really don't have any pointers. As far as charging for the different panels I did get a pleasant surprise and found out that I don't have to be tested for EVERYTHING EVERYTIME as before so I do save some money that way. Also, I do like that I can communicate with my case manager via email. Wish I could be more help. Take Care. Lela
